Objective: To develop and embed the Design Thinking capability for all employees to have the ability to create innovative products and services that are valuable, usable and have longevity across the mine sites and technology in Australia, Americas and Papua New Guinea.

Created a Design Thinking Framework for all employees to make the shift from solutioning to user-driven design by putting the User Experience (UX) at the forefront of each engagement.
Assisted multiple inflight projects with Design Thinking workshops, design principles, prototyping and visual design language.
Established a Design Thinking Community of Practice to support embedment, mindset shift and adoption.
