EnTerprise AGILE Coach (Melb)
Contract
IDEAology Enterprise Coaches have a proven track record of supporting Portfolio to Team level Transformation. They display creative methods to align a Portfolio to an agreed maturity pathway and support leaders and teams on their journey. Our Enterprise Coaches have a depth of knowledge across agility principles that support Portfolio, Initiative and Team level and can lead Team Coaches in execution. You will have an opportunity to work across various industries such as Finance, Mining, Insurance and Academia. IDEAology Coaches are able to demonstrate a lasting shift in the Agile maturity of a Portfolio as demonstrated by;
Accelerated delivery aligned to Customer value
Team mindset and collaboration
Transparency and alignment from Portfolio level through to team execution
You will have a passion for Ideation, Inception, Planning and Delivery with experience bringing large groups of diverse stakeholders together to facilitate feature decomposition, solutioning, planning and execution to agree on Minimal Viable Product.
Desired Skills (If you don’t have it, we will help you build it)
You will have a background in Agile Coaching or Agile Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Product Management or Project Management
Agile accreditation in either SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), SCRUM, ICAgile, or other
Exceptional facilitation skills and experience in leading Initiative Inceptions and incremental planning
Experience with Agile workflow tooling e.g. Azure Devops, JIRA
Experience benchmarking Agile maturity and setting a maturity pathway
Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle
Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement

AGILE BUSINESS / SYSTEMS ANALYST (MELB)
CONTRACT
IDEAology Business Analysts support discovery through to execution. They have a passion for bringing large groups of diverse stakeholders together to facilitate feature decomposition, solutioning and planning to agree on Minimal Viable Product. They ensure the team backlog is populated for execution. IDEAology Analysts are proficient in defining Stories using behaviour driven development and acceptance criteria.

Mastery in core business analysis (preferably IIBA certified CBAP, CCBA , ECBA or equivalent)
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) accredited
Experience in applying analysis tools and techniques
Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle
Experience with Inception techniques
Experience in applying Agile tools and techniques
Experience working in a scrum team
