So, a year in reflection…

• We partnered with some amazing organisations across Melbourne in diverse industries from Finance, Academia to Mining 

• We have designed New Ways to Grow uplift program for a major financier across 600 delivery practitioners

• We have partnered with our clients to enable their transformation journey to uplift agility from team to portfolio level execution

• We have put 250+ people through SAFe training, many of whom have now gained certification

• We have designed bespoke Product Discovery training and provided coaching to support Product Discovery pilots

• We have designed custom training to educate teams on working with agility and adopting a lean thinking, agile mindset to enable transformation

• We have facilitated numerous Program Increment planning sessions

• Provided team and personal coaching to support capability uplift - learning by doing
