Product Discovery typically describes a (flexible) period early in the life cycle during which your team focuses on building the right thing and building it right.
Agile teams explore an idea generated from product strategy, product management, user feedback or OKRs and break it down into the problems worth solving and solutions worth building through a series of linear activities conducted as a cross functional team.
The course introduces participants to an ‘Accelerator Toolbox’ of collaborative, visual models and innovative agile techniques. It demonstrates, through the use of a hands-on case study, a connected journey of how the techniques work together to breakdown (functionally decompose) an idea to a point in which work can be executed by scrum team/s. The course teaches a proven, repeatable Product Discovery Methods.
This course focuses on building Business Agility however it is methodology agnostic.
